h others like Hostinger does. I took A2 Hosting's hosting package in November 2023 on a Black Friday sale but still got an expensive deal. I hosted my sites on their maximum limit of three subdomains. In August end 2024, I emailed them saying I wouldn't be renewing their hosting in November 2024 and deleted my credit card details from their site. Within 24 hours I got a bunch of emails saying my account had been terminated for violation of some TOS. Apparently, 9 months after I hosted my websites, they found evidence of phishing just after I had emailed them saying I won't be renewing in November. So as revenge they did not allow me to use their hosting services for the next three months although I had paid for 12 months. They are plain cheats and scammers. I regret using their services and plan on reporting them to regulatory and enforcement authorities.

⭐ Extremely Disappointed – Unfair Billing & No Service Provided

I regret signing up with Axxess for a month-to-month fibre subscription, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite subscribing, ...

no ONT (Optical Network Terminal) was installed, and no service was ever activated, yet I have been billed unfairly since June 2024 for a service that does not exist. After contacting Axxess on 7 April 2025 to formally request cancellation and a refund, I received an apology and was directed to request a refund. However, my subscription was not terminated, and I continue to be charged despite my explicit request to stop billing. I have now had to formally demand cancellation and a full refund, yet Axxess refuses to refund the amounts unlawfully charged. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter legally. This experience has been unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution before signing up. Axxess has demonstrated poor service delivery, unfair billing practices, and a lack of accountability.
