record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

Annoying Support Team.

Hello, i am using HostSailors from 4 5 years and it was working smooth for me, but from last few months support team is continously annoying me and s...

uspending my server for no reason. some badass pointed his domain dns to my vps server ipv4 and that specific domain is used for torrent stuff so i am non stop getting every 2 days copyrights tickets from HostSailor Support Team and i told them many times i dont have any http running even i closed the port 80 and blocked that specific domain on iptables still they are annoying me on tickets. my experience with hostsailor is getting worst day by day. those all fake rumours reports tickets keep annoying the old customer and the staff dont care about it.

Not good at all

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...

left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.
