They charge me twice. and no no chat option no email option no call option very bad service, even you can't cancel subscription. please never buy IONO...

By default, the second disk will not be an addition, but a mirror of the first, support will not be able to help you, although there are tools. Even for the money they could not help, I had to do everything myself
