domains for clients more easily. Would be nice to be able to invoice clients directly from the reseller account or at least have multiple credit cards for payments from clients. The free SSL is great considering how much others charge. But it is a nuisance to constantly have to regenerate the certifications. This is the 4th hosting provider I have used in 5 years. So far have stayed the longest with them. After the big name ones, this customer service is a dream come true.

ted them immediately to drop the charge and charge me with a different card I provided. It has been a month and there is no news. Gearhost takes it so slow so that I could be charged for the following months. Please don't do business with them. They will take advantage of you as much as they can.

h severely impacted my business operations and cost me critical income. Despite repeatedly flagging the email issue, three different support specialists failed to investigate or resolve the problem. It wasn’t until I demanded a phone call days later that the root issue was identified and fixed within minutes. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Even worse, GreenGeeks refuses to take accountability for their mistakes. They continue to deflect blame and ignore the fact that their team overlooked my concerns, despite repeated follow-ups. As a result, I lost access to an entire week’s worth of emails, damaging client relationships and halting essential communications. Their dismissive attitude toward customer complaints and refusal to acknowledge their role in this fiasco show a complete lack of professionalism and care. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer service. Avoid GreenGeeks at all costs if you value your time, your business, and reliable support. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
