I've been with iWeb since 2012. I haven't ran into many issues with my dedicated server but when I have they've always been prompt to reply to my e-ma...
ils and fix whatever the issue is if I can't handle it myself. I need to upgrade to a new server and thought I'd shop around a bit (hence why I'm on this review site) but I'm thinking to myself why even bother looking? I'll just stick with iWeb, they've proven to me over the years that they're super reliable.

e the price, I expressed frustration and said unless they bring it down(because it is already 6 years old server :)), I'm switching, they replied and thanked my for submitting closing request and that my server will be deleted soon :) I didn't submit the request, just said I will be moving my stuff over the weekend. This is just a terrible customer support.

Worst hosting company I've ever worked with. Took up to a month to reply to urgent queries. I asked for a copy of all of my data way before my end dat...
e as their platform wasn't working - which also frequently happens. All of my backups were also hosted through them and guess what... they deleted all my data and told me there was nothing they could do. Avoid at all costs. The customer service and experience sucks.
