10 Years of Fantastic Service

tant downtime, poor support, etc. Then upon a recommendation from a friend. We reached out to Monstermegs and contacted their sales department. Their sales staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Aftr about a week, I had my site migrated to them and that is where the journey began. Over the last 10 years, I have used 3 of the hosting services. It all started with a web hosting plan. As my site began to grow and gain more traffic, I migrated to their semi-dedicated hosting. Now I am on their Wordpress hosting and it is perfect for my high traffic Wordpress site. Monstermegs' hosting is just as solid as can be. The uptime is great, the speeds of the servers just keep getting better, and their support is second to none. The best thing is that they upgrade their servers to the latest technology every 3-4 years. None of this milking out a server for as long as can be, leading to sites just getting slower and slower over time. I highly recommend to give Monstermegs a shot and see what they can do for you. You will not regret it!

SICK PERSON, STAY AWAY
I should give 0. I was with this guy 3 days, I had some issue with resources, and i had a ticket open and trying to undesrtand the problem, i write se...
veral mail, everytime behaving in the proper manner, never complaining, but only reporting.Th guy get aggressive quick ..but the worst is that all of a sudded, withot any notice, he close my account, cancel all the files nad refund me!. I found myself with 10 sites down all of a sudden, and without the possibility to download a backup of the site. This is a madman, he run the business alone and thius is very dangerous as if he get nervous(and he easily does) will punish you. I am checking where i can report this behavious that is damaging me and my customer, i am sure is not legit and he should pay for this. STAY AWAY, he is a sick person. AWAY, AWAY and AWAY. Can prove all this when you want, i have all the mails!

oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.
